While the lack of breakfast was a downside, the attentive staff and managers more than made up for it with their exceptional service. Despite the bustling holiday season, the hotel's setting managed to shield guests from the town's noise, allowing for a peaceful retreat. In terms of amenities, Malaki excelled in providing free Wi-Fi and a welcoming outdoor dining area. the addition of a flat-screen TV and air conditioning enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. Although the price was fair given the location and quality, the absence of certain amenities like a swimming pool or garden area might make guests question the luxury aspect of their stay.
